The TRT consists of 20 members throughout the CAL FIRE Nevada-Yuba-Placer Unit, including 1 Team Manager, 3 Discipline Coordinators, and 1 Training Officer. The TRT operates within Placer County but is subject to mutual aid requests from other areas and counties. Many job sites require standby units – we can be onsite and ready to respond if a dangerous situation does occur. We are trained to handle these high-pressure situations with open communication and standardized procedure. Our emergency rescue teams are available 24/7 to assist in highly technical, confined space rescue. When disaster strikes, there isn't a moment to spare. While we can never fully eliminate job-site dangers, with proper planning, we can reduce compounding errors and minimize overall risk while giving your workers the tools to respond.
